Terms Used In Utah Code 16-10a-122
- Division: means the Division of Corporations and Commercial Code. See Utah Code 16-10a-102
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
Unless otherwise provided by statute, the division shall charge and collect fees for services as provided in Section 63J-1-504.
