Subsection 63A-5b-405(5), relating to prioritizing and allocating capital improvement funding, is repealed July 1, 2024. |

- Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

Subsection 63M-7-305(2) is repealed and replaced with: “(2) The commission shall:

provide ongoing oversight of the implementation, functions, and evaluation of the Drug-Related Offenses Reform Act; and |

Subsection 63N-2-511(1)(b), which defines “tourism board,” is repealed; |

Subsections 63N-2-511(3)(a) and (5), the language that states “tourism board” is repealed and replaced with “Utah Office of Tourism”; |
(c) |
Subsection 63N-7-101(1), which defines “board,” is repealed; |
(d) |
Subsection 63N-7-102(3)(c), which requires the Utah Office of Tourism to receive approval from the Board of Tourism Development, is repealed; and |

Subsection 63N-8-103(3)(c), which allows the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity to issue an amount of tax credit certificates only for rural productions, is repealed on July 1, 2024. |
