As used in this part:

“Board of trustees” means the board of trustees of This is the Place Foundation. |
Terms Used In Utah Code 79-4-701
- Board of trustees: means the board of trustees of This is the Place Foundation. See Utah Code 79-4-701
- City: includes , depending on population, a metro township as defined in Section 10-3c-102. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Foundation: means This is the Place Foundation, a private nonprofit corporation formed pursuant to Title 16, Chapter 6a, Utah Revised Nonprofit Corporation Act. See Utah Code 79-4-701
- Member: means a member of the board of trustees. See Utah Code 79-4-701
- Monument: means This is the Place Monument at This is the Place State Park. See Utah Code 79-4-701
- Park: means This is the Place State Park, property owned by the state located at 2601 East Sunnyside Avenue, Salt Lake City. See Utah Code 79-4-701
- Property: includes both real and personal property. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
