  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 3092. Penalties

A person who violates the provisions of section 3091 of this title may be fined not more than $1,000.00 or imprisoned for a period not exceeding one year, or both. (Amended 1981, No. 223 (Adj. Sess.), § 23.)
