  • Commissioner: shall mean in this title only the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles. See
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States may apply to the District of Columbia and any territory and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. See

§ 3113. Reports of common carriers

The Commissioner, upon his or her written or verbal demand, may require from common carriers within the State reports as to the shipment of motor fuels into the State. (Added 1985, No. 207 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
