In addition to criminal penalties for acts declared unlawful by this Article, any violation of this Article subjects an insurer to revocation or suspension of its license, or monetary penalties or payment of restitution as provided in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 58-2-70. (1985 (Reg. Sess., 1986), c. 1027, s. 14; 1999-132, s. 9.1.)
