(a) A person who is convicted of a felony involving moral turpitude as defined in Alaska Stat. § 15.80.010 is disqualified from voting in a state or municipal election until the person’s unconditional discharge.

  • Juror: A person who is on the jury.
  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
  • state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(b) A person who is convicted of a felony is disqualified from serving as a juror until the person’s unconditional discharge.
(c) In this section “unconditional discharge” has the meaning given in Alaska Stat. § 12.55.185.
