(1) | The term “head of the state licensing board,” as used in Article VII b(1) of the Nurse Licensure Compact in Section 58-31e-102, means an individual who is an ex-officio member of the Board of Nursing created in Section 58-31b-201 and is appointed by the director to serve as the head of the state licensing board for purposes of Article VII b(1) of the Nurse Licensure Compact. |
(2) | The division may, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, make rules necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter. |
