Indiana Code 36-11-3-11. Notice of adoption of an ordinance

Sec. 11. The district shall provide notice of the adoption of an ordinance under section 10 of this chapter to:

(1) local health departments;

(2) the department of environmental management;

(3) the department of natural resources; and

(4) the Indiana department of health.
