Terms Used In 21 Guam Code Ann. § 104112

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.

natural person, be guilty of a petty misdemeanor; or if a corporation, be guilty of a violation and subject to a fine not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).
