(a) The legislative rule filed in the state register on February 2, 2001, and modified and refiled on April 3, 2001, relating to the Higher Education Policy Commission (higher education finance policy), is authorized.
Terms Used In West Virginia Code 18B-17-4
- commission: means the commission created by §. See West Virginia Code 18B-1-2
- State: when applied to a part of the United States and not restricted by the context, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" also include the said district and territories. See West Virginia Code 2-2-10
(b) The legislative rule filed in the state register on November 20, 2001, relating to the Higher Education Policy Commission (higher education report card rule), is authorized.
(c) The legislative rule filed in the state register on January 4, 2002, relating to the Higher Education Policy Commission (performance indicators rule), is authorized.
