§ 1204. Effective date—Article III

A. This compact shall become effective when a bill of the New Hampshire General Court that incorporates the compact becomes a law in New Hampshire and when it is approved by the U.S. Congress. (Added 1975, No. 116, § 1, eff. June 29, 1975; amended 2019, No. 14, § 28, eff. April 30, 2019.)
