39-51-503. Agreements with railroad retirement board. (1) The department is authorized to cooperate with and enter into agreements with the railroad retirement board with respect to establishment, maintenance, and use of employment service facilities.

(2)The department shall make available to the railroad retirement board the records of the department that the railroad retirement board considers necessary or desirable for the administration of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act, 45 U.S.C. § 351, et seq.

(3)The department may charge reasonable fees commensurate with the costs of producing and providing information pursuant to this section. The department shall deposit the fees in the department’s state special revenue account.
