Notwithstanding any other law, an adult in the custody of the Department of Corrections may not perform electrical or plumbing work unless under the direct supervision of a licensed electrician or plumber who is a regular status employee of the department or of Oregon Corrections Enterprises. An adult in custody may perform electrical or plumbing work only at a facility owned, leased or operated by the department. [2013 c.328 § 2; 2017 c.41 § 1; 2019 c.213 § 87]
