The credit union shall have a lien on all funds of a member or joint owner on deposit with the credit union in any individual or joint account held in any capacity, for any obligation of the member or joint owner to the credit union. [Formerly 723.436; 1991 c.635 § 12; 1999 c.185 § 57]
