(1) The manner in which disputed claims shall be presented and the reports thereon required from the claimant and from the employers shall be in accordance with the regulations prescribed by the Director of the Employment Department.

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 657.280

  • employment: includes service that is:

    (a) Subject to the tax imposed by the Federal Unemployment Tax Act; or

    (b) Required to be covered under this chapter as a condition for employers to receive a full tax credit against the tax imposed by the Federal Unemployment Tax Act. See Oregon Statutes 657.030

  • Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.

(2) A full and complete record shall be kept of all proceedings in connection with the disputed claim. All testimony at any hearing upon a disputed claim shall be recorded but need not be transcribed unless the disputed claim is appealed further.
