to enforce rights. An action for reasonable visitation rights of grandparents as provided by this act shall be brought in the county in which the child resides with the child’s parent, guardian or other person having lawful custody. The court shall fix the time and date for a hearing on the petition and shall prescribe the manner of giving notice thereof to interested persons.
