For purposes of this division, the following definitions apply:
(a) “California balancing authority” has the same meaning set forth in § 399.12 of the Public Utilities Code.
Terms Used In California Water Code 80701
- State: means the State of California, unless applied to the different parts of the United States. See California Water Code 18
(b) “Commission” means the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission.
(c) “Load-serving entity” has the same meaning as defined in § 380 of the Public Utilities Code.
(d) “Local publicly owned electric utility” has the same meaning as defined in § 224.3 of the Public Utilities Code.
