(a) The department shall collaborate with the Labor Commissioner to administer the Motor Carrier Employer Amnesty Program established by § 2750.8 of the Labor Code and as provided by this article.

(b) The definitions set forth in § 2750.8 of the Labor Code shall apply to this article.
