- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
Conformity to the requirements of this Act shall be a perpetual bar to any action against such lienor by any person for the recovery of such chattels or of the value thereof, or of any damages growing out of the failure of such person to receive such chattels.
