- Signed: includes any symbol executed or adopted by a person with present intention to authenticate a writing. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A licensed dealer-wholesaler or processor shall:
(1) deliver with each transaction, sale, or delivery a signed invoice stating the date, quantity, grade, and size of eggs sold; and
(2) keep a copy of the invoice for two years.
