- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Subject to a limitation contained in a previous pledge, if any, and in addition to the pledge of revenue under § 1503.103, the governing body of the municipality may give a lien on all or part of the physical property of the airport.
