- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
The trustee shall fill a vacancy on the committee by appointing a person who meets the qualifications applicable to the vacated position.
