Terms Used In Texas Transportation Code 431.183
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Articles of dissolution shall be executed by:
(1) the president or vice-president of the corporation and the secretary or assistant secretary of the corporation; or
(2) any two members of the commission.
