- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
As prescribed by § 1101.353, the commission shall determine, on request, whether a person possesses the fitness to engage in a profession licensed under this chapter and may conduct a supplemental determination of the person’s fitness.
