509.4 Employees of common employer — rates.
An insurer may issue policies of individual life, accident, health, hospital, medical, or surgical insurance or any combination thereof at reduced rates to employees of a common employer including the state, a county, school district, city, or institution supported in whole or in part by public funds, but the number of employees to be insured must be more than one. The premium for such policies may be paid wholly or in part by the employer. If such policies shall provide term life insurance renewable only during the continuance of employment with the employer they shall also provide for conversion to a level premium life policy substantially in accordance with the provisions of § 509.2, subsection 8.
