The director of transportation may enter into agreements with the secretary of transportation or other appropriate official of the United States as provided by the “Highway Beautification Act of 1965,” 79 Stat. 1028, 23 U.S.C.A. 131, and any amendments thereof or supplements thereto.

- funds: means , except where the context does not permit, the bond service fund, and any other funds, including reserve funds, created under the bond proceedings, and the state infrastructure bank revenue bond service fund created by division (R) of this section to the extent provided in the bond proceedings, including all moneys and investments, and earnings from investment, credited and to be credited thereto. See Ohio Code 5531.10
- United States: includes all the states. See Ohio Code 1.59
Any expenditures of money by the director in connection with agreements authorized by this section shall be payable from any funds available to the director.
