Sec. 2. An individual is eligible for mental health and addiction forensic treatment services if the individual:
(2) is a resident of Indiana;
(1) is a member of a household with an annual income that does not exceed two hundred percent (200%) of the federal income poverty level;

- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- mental health and addiction forensic treatment services: means evidence based treatment and recovery wraparound support services provided to individuals who have entered the criminal justice system as a felon or with a prior felony conviction. See Indiana Code 11-12-3.8-1
(3) is at least eighteen (18) years of age; and
(4) has entered the criminal justice system as a felon or with a prior felony conviction.
