Sec. 9.2. As used in section 9(c) of this chapter, the term “violation of the employment of minors laws of this state” means a violation of IC 22-2-18-40 (before its expiration on June 30, 2021) and IC 22-2-18.1-23. The term does not include a violation of any other provision of IC 22-2-18 (before its expiration on June 30, 2021) or IC 22-2-18.1.
