Indiana Code 28-11-1-11. Delegation of power

Sec. 11. The members may delegate a power or duty to:

(1) the director;

(2) an agent of the department; or

(3) an employee of the department;

by a rule of the department adopted under IC 4-22-2 or by a resolution of the members.
