Sec. 18. The clerk, under the direction of the court, shall provide:
(2) judgment dockets;

Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-33-49-18
- clerk: refers to the clerk of the Marion superior court. See Indiana Code 33-33-49-4
- court: refers to the Marion superior court. See Indiana Code 33-33-49-5
- Judgment: means all final orders, decrees, and determinations in an action and all orders upon which executions may issue. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(3) execution dockets;
(4) fee books; and
(5) other books, papers, and records;
as are necessary for the court. All books, papers, and proceedings of the court shall be kept distinct and separate from those of other courts.
