- state fund: refers to the state user fee fund established by section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 33-37-9-1
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 3. On June 30 and December 31 each year, the state comptroller shall transfer to the treasurer of state for deposit in the state fund the fees distributed to the state comptroller under IC 33-37-7-2(b) and IC 33-37-7-8(d).
