Terms Used In 30 CFR Part 707 - Exemption for Coal Extraction Incident to Government-Financed Highway or Other Construction
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
