A pledgor or seller of property to a pawnbroker is liable to the pawnbroker for the full amount that the pledgor or seller received from the pawnbroker, all charges owed by the pledgor for the pawnbroker transaction, and attorney fees and other costs as allowed by the rules of court if, in an action under Alaska Stat. § 08.76.380,
