- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
A person is guilty of an offense if it is committed by the person’s own conduct or by the conduct of another for which the person is legally accountable under Alaska Stat. § 11.16.110, or by both.
