Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 13.27.010
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
A court of this state may treat a foreign country as if it were a state for the purpose of applying Alaska Stat. § 13.27.010 – 13.27.210, 13.27.400, 13.27.410, and 13.27.490.
