- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
If a person entitled to receive the benefit of Alaska Stat. § 14.43.010 declines or fails to accept it, the graduate next in line in class standing is entitled to receive the benefit.
