Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 18.55.120

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

For purposes of Alaska Stat. § 18.55.10018.55.290, the corporation shall manage and operate housing for low-income households with rentals fixed at the lowest rates consistent with decent, safe, and sanitary dwellings.
