Any public body may enter into agreements that may extend over any period, notwithstanding any provision or rule of law to the contrary, with any other public body respecting action to be taken under any power granted by Alaska Stat. § 18.55.480 – 18.55.960, including the furnishing of funds or other assistance in connection with an urban renewal plan or urban renewal project.
