- municipality: means a political subdivision incorporated under the laws of the state that is a home rule or general law city, a home rule or general law borough, or a unified municipality. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
The ordinance of the municipality must fix the percentage of the cost of repair, alteration, or improvement for the purpose of determining whether the cost is reasonable within the meaning of Alaska Stat. § 18.55.810.
