Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 26.25.010
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
The National Guard Mutual Assistance Compact is enacted into law and entered into on behalf of the State of Alaska with all other states and jurisdictions legally joining in it in a form substantially as contained in Alaska Stat. § 26.25.020.
