- adjutant general: means the principal executive officer of the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs appointed under AS 26. See Alaska Statutes 26.30.900
The adjutant general may adopt regulations under Alaska Stat. Chapter 44.62 to carry out the provisions of this chapter, including specifying criteria and procedures for applications, approvals, and the monitoring of eligibility under this chapter.
