- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
If satisfied as to the existence of a fact that under Alaska Stat. § 28.20.100 – 28.20.130 entitles a person to be relieved from the security requirements, the department may not require the deposit of security and shall terminate a previous order of suspension in respect to the person, and shall immediately return the deposit to the person or the personal representative of the person.
