The director shall:

- Director: means the director of the department of transportation. See Arizona Laws 28-101
- Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
1. Administer and enforce this chapter.
2. Print for distribution to the public rules adopted to administer this chapter and furnish the rules to a person on application and payment of the cost as prescribed by the director.
