Decisions of the director are subject to judicial review pursuant to Title 12, Chapter 7, Article 6. The court shall consider only evidence that was presented at the original hearing.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 28-5239

  • Director: means the director of the department of transportation. See Arizona Laws 28-101
  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
