When a licensee makes arrangements by interstate telecommunications to perform services in this state with any person residing outside this state, the licensee is not required to provide the written price list required pursuant to section 32-1371.

- Licensee: means a person to whom the department has issued a license under this chapter. See Arizona Laws 32-1301
- Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
