A. Any person aggrieved by an order of the board denying a license, approval or certificate and any regulated party who is aggrieved by a disciplinary order of the board may file a motion for rehearing or review pursuant to Title 41, Chapter 6, Article 10.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 32-1665
- Approval: means that a regulated training or educational program to prepare persons for licensure, certification or registration has met standards established by the board. See Arizona Laws 32-1601
- Board: means the Arizona state board of nursing. See Arizona Laws 32-1601
- Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
- Regulated party: means any person or entity that is licensed, certified, registered, recognized or approved pursuant to this chapter. See Arizona Laws 32-1601
B. Except as provided in Section 41-1092.08, subsection H, final decisions of the board are subject to judicial review pursuant to Title 12, Chapter 7, Article 6.
