This article shall not be construed to limit the authority of the corporation commission to regulate ambulance service corporations pursuant to article XV, Constitution of Arizona.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 41-1843

  • Ambulance: means any publicly or privately owned surface, water or air vehicle, including a helicopter, that is specially designed and constructed or modified and equipped to be used, maintained or operated for transportation of individuals who are sick, injured, wounded or otherwise incapacitated or helpless.   • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
