§ 38-201 General qualifications

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • including: means not limited to and is not a term of exclusion. See Arizona Laws 1-215
  • Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
  • Public institution: means any institution maintained and paid for from a fund raised by taxation or by public revenue. See Arizona Laws 38-101
  • United States: includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Arizona Laws 1-215
