Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the permissible scope of work for the General Manufactured Housing Contractor (C-47) license classification set forth in Section 832.47 of Division 8 of Title 16 of the California Code of Regulations shall include manufactured homes, as defined in § 18007 of the Health and Safety Code, mobilehomes, as defined in § 18008 of the Health and Safety Code, and multifamily manufactured homes, as defined in § 18008.7 of the Health and Safety Code.
